Epoxy “in-place” pipe restoration technology, using the ePIPE® system is the solution to restoring pipes within walls or under slabs without tearing them out! We pressure test and evaluate if the leaking line is a likely candidate for the e-PIPE® process. About 90% of leaking lines can be restored. If the leak is too large, then we will recommend a re-route.
The EPIPE® Process
Air Drying of the Pipes: Air hoses are connected to the piping system. The isolated line is then dried with preheated, filtered air.
Cleaning: The dried pipes are cleaned using an air and sand mixture that sandblasts the inside surface of the pipes. The cleaning process prepares the internal pipe surface for proper bonding of the epoxy.
Epoxy Coating: The next stage of the e-PIPE® process is the application of the epoxy lining to the line. This seals and protects the line from future corrosion.
Drying: The line is dried with a patented heating process and the pressure tested before reconnecting to the existing piping system.
The water is restored the same day and only two small holes for access are usually needed.

About the EPIPE® system of pipe restoration
The ePIPE® system is based on the “in-place” pipe restoration technology. That’s right! We restore pipes right within the walls, or under the slab, without tearing them out!
This proven, patented technology has been used by leading hotel brands, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Department of Defense, Governments of Spain, and thousands of building owners.
ePIPE® restored pipes are protected from corrosion, pitting, and scaling. Once restored, your pipe will no longer leach lead or copper contaminants. Your water stays clean and safe to drink.
The ePIPE® epoxy that is used is approved by the National Sanitary Foundation (NSF) and has the approval of the Uniformed Plumbing Code (UPC).
